In Chancery. Between the Reverend Henry Thomas Snepp, Clerk, plaintiff, and Martha Snepp, Widow, and others, defendants, and between Martha Snepp, Widow, and others, plaintiffs, and Henry Thomas Snepp and others, defendants ; and in the matter of an Act of Parliament made and passed in the 19th and 20th Victoria, chapter 120, entitled, "An Act to facilitate leases and sales of settled estates; " and in the matter of the Haremare and Bugsell freehold farms, situate in the parish of Etchingham, in the county of Sussex, being part of the estate of the late John Snepp, the testator in the pleadings of these causes mentioned. NOTICE is hereby given, that a Petition in the above mentioned matters has been presented by Martha Snepp, William. Lawrence Noakes, Humphrey Conwell Barton, and John Upperton, to the High Court of Chancery in England, to be heard before his Honour Vice-Chancellor Stuart, praying, among other things, that the said Haremare and Bugsell freehold farms might be sold under the direction of the said Court, or that power might he vested in the said Petitioners to lease the said farms; and this notice is given in pursuance of the above-mentioned Act, in order that any person or body corporate desiring so to do may be enabled to apply to the said Court for leave to be heard in opposition to, or in support of, the said petition. — Dated the 17th day of July, 1858.
