PURSUANT to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in two causes, wherein the Rev. Henry Thomas Snepp, Clerk, is plaintiff, and Martha Snopp, Widow, and others are defendants, and wherein Martha Snepp, Widow, and others, are plaintiffs, and Henry Thomas Snepp and others are defendants, all persons claiming to be the heir-at-law at the time of the death and now the heir-at-law and next of kin of John Snepp, late of Hareraare, in the parish of Etchiugham, in the county of Sussex, Gentleman, deceased, the testator in these causes (who died in or about the month of November, 1857). who were living at the time of his death, or the legal personal representatives or representative of such of them (if any) as have since died, are, by their solicitors, on or before the 14th day of July, 1858, to come in and make out their, his, or her claims or claim as such heir-at-law and next of kin or legal representative or representatives at the chambers of the Vice-Chancellor Sir John Stuart. No. 12, Old-square, Lincoln's-inn, Middlesex, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Decree. Monday, the 19th day of July, 1858, at twelve o'clock at noon, at the said chambers, is appointed for hearing and adjudicating upon the claims. — Dated the 29th day of May, 1858.
