PURSUANT to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in two causes, wherein the Rev. Henry Thomas Snepp, Clerk, is plaintiff, and Martha Snepp, Widow, and others, are defendants, and wherein Martha Snepp, Widow, and others, are plaintiffs, and Henry Thomas Snepp and others are defendants, the incumbrancers upon the real estates of and also the creditors of John Snepp, late of Ilaremare, in the parish of Etchingham, in the county of Sussex, Gentleman, deceased, who died in or about the month of November, 1857, are by their solicitors, on or before the 7tb day of July, 1858, to come in and prove their claims at the chambers of the Vice-Chancellor Sir John Stuart, at No. 12, Old Square, Lincoln's-inn, Middlesex, and in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Decree. Wednesday, the 14ih day of July, 1858, at twelve at noon, at the said chambers, is appointed for hearing and adjudicating on such claims. — Dated this 27th day of May. 1858.
