MARY FRANCES CATTLEY, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Victoria, chapter 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims or demands against the estate of Mary Frances Cattley, late of Egdean, in the county of Sussex, Spinster (who died on the 13th day of May, 1915, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 2nd day of Judy, 1915, by Isabella Louisa Pratt, Widow, the Sister of deceased, the sole executrix therein named), are hereby required to send in particulars, in writing, of their debts, claims or demands to me, the undersigned, as Solicitor to the said executrix, on or before the 30th day of November, 1915, after which date the said executrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims and demands of which she shall then have had notice; and that she will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose debt, claim or demand she shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 18th day of October, 1915.
