WHEREAS John Orsborn, late of Eastdean in the County of Sussex, Yeoman, is a Prisoner in the Fleet Prison, London, charged in Execution at my Suit; Now I do hereby give Notice, that I intend, at the next General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace, to be held in and for the City of London, or any Adjournment thereof, which shall happen next after Twenty Days from the Publication hereof, to Compel the said John Orsborn to deliver into Court and subscribe a Schedule of all his Estate and Effects, for the Benefit of his Creditors, pursuant to the Directions of an Act of Parliament made and passed in the First Year of the Reign of His present Majesty King George the Third, intitled, An Act for Relief of Insolvent Debtors. Dated the 30th of May, 1761, his Mark John + Tupper.
