NOTICE is hereby given, that the following is a copy of an entry made in the book kept by the Chief Registrar of the Court of Bankruptcy for the Registration of Trust Deeds for the benefit of creditors, Composition, and Inspectorship Deeds, executed by a Debtor, as required by the Bankruptcy Act, 1861, sec. 187, and the Bankruptcy Amendment Act, 1868: — Number: 36, 166. , Title of Deed, whether Deed of Assignment, Composition, or Inspectorship: Composition, Date of Deed: 18th December, 1868, Date of execution by Debtor: 16th January, 1859. Names and description of the Debtors, as in the Deed: Edwin Smith the elder, and Edwin Smith the younger, of Fags Farm, in the parishes of Rye and Udimore and East Guldeford, in the county of Sussex, Farmers, second part. The names and descriptions of the Trustees, or other parties to the Deed: The creditors’ first part; and Tilden Smith, of Great Knelle, in the parish of Beckley, in the county Sussex, Farmer, third part. A short statement of the nature of the Deed: Whereby the debtors and the said Tilden Smith covenant with the creditors to pay them a composition 10s. in the pound on all the debtors' debts; and the debtors in consideration thereof are released therefrom. When left for Registration: 18th February, 1869, at half-past three o'clock, under sec. 187, and the Order of the Court dated 18th February, 1869. THE SEAL OF THE COURT.
