Edwin Smith the elder and Edwin Smith the younger, of Fagg Farm, in the parishes of Rye and Udimore, and East Guldeford, all in the county of Sussex, Farmers and Copartners, having been adjudged bankrupts under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in Her Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, in London, on the 3rd day or November, 1868, are hereby required to surrender, themselves to the Registrar of the said Court, acting in the prosecution of the said Petition, at the first meeting of creditors to be held before the said Registrar, on the 2nd day of December next, at one o'clock in the afternoon precisely, at the said Court: Mr. Edward Watkin Edwards, of No. 22, Basinghall-street, London, is the Official Assignee, and Messrs. Cooke and Talbot, of No. 4, Raymond-buildings, Gray's-inn, are the Solicitors acting in the bankruptcy.
