THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against William Ball Amber, late of Midhurst, in the County of Sussex, Tallow-Chandler, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on Monday the 4th Day of March next, at Eleven o'Clock in the Forenoon, at the Spread Eagle, in Midhurst aforesaid, to make a Dividend of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove, the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And at the same Time and Place will be sold by Auction before the said Commissioners, all the said Bankrupt's Reversion (expectant Upon the Demise of Ann Hicks) of and in One Moiety or Half Part of all that Copyhold or Customary Messuage or Tenement, Barn, Garden, Lands, and Premises, commonly called or known by the Name of Hogsfleshes, otherwise Greenhill, situate, lying, and being in the Parish of Farnhurst, in the said County of Sussex.
