PUrsuant to ah Order made by the Right Honourable Henry Earl Bathurst, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, for Enlarging the Time for John Charman, late of Midhurst in the County of Sussex, Dealer and Chapman, (a Bankrupt) to surrender himself, and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of his Estate and Effects, for Twenty Days, to be computed from the 2d Day of April next ; This is to give Notice, that the major Part of the Commissioners named and authorized in and by the said Commission intend to meet on the 22d Day of April next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, at the House of John Cake, the Sign of the Spread Eagle, situate in Midhurst aforesaid ; where the said Bankrupt is required to surrender himself between the Hours of Eleven and One of the Clock of the same Day, and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of his Estate and Effects, and finish his Examination ; and the Creditors who have not already proved their Debts may then and there come and prove the same, and assent to or dissent from the Allowance of his Certificate.
