THE Assignees of the Effects of John Upton, late of Midhurst in Sussex, Butcher, an Insolvent, discharged out of the County Goal of Surry, by an Act of Parliament made in the second Year of his present Majesty's Reign, for Relief of Insolvent Debtors, hereby give Notice, that they intend to make a Dividend of the Effects of the said John Upton, on Wednesday the 10th Day of May next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, at the George Inn in Haslemere, in the County of Surry ; where all the Creditors of the said Insolvent are to come, and produce Affidavits proving their respective Debts, according td the Direction of the said Act.
