THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against John Beake, of the Ancient Town of Rye, in the County of Sussex, Innkeeper, Horse-Dealer, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects, on the 8th Day of April instant, at Eleven in the Forenoon, at the George Inn, in Rye aforesaid, to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees commencing, prosecuting, or defending any Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity for Recovery of any Part of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects; and in particular to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees continuing to carry on the Trade of an Innkeeper, lately carried on by the said John Beake at the George Inn aforesaid ; and to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees commencing and prosecuting any Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity 10 recover the Value of, or some Compensation for, certain Buildings, Fixtures, and Improvements, erected and made in, upon, and to the George Inn aforesaid, and the Yard, Out-houses, Buildings, and Appurtenances thereto belonging, by and at the Costs and Charges of the said John Beake, who was Tenant by the Year to Lewis Meryon, or of, or for some Part thereof; and also to assent to or dissent from the compounding, submitting to Arbitration, or otherwise agreeing any Matter or Thing relating thereto; and on other special Affairs.
