NOTICE is hereby given, that by an Indenture, dated the 9th day of March, 1868, Foster Clarke, of Court Lodge, Ewhurst, in the county of Sussex, Farmer, conveyed all his estate and effects to Albert Dunk, of No. 230, High- street, Soutbwark, in the county of Surrey, Hop Merchant, James Theobald Gale, of Bradwell-next-the-Sea, in the county of Essex, Farmer, and Alexander Bishop Vidler, of Rye, in the said county of Sussex, Merchant, upon certain trusts for the benefit of the creditors of the said Foster Clarke, and that the said indenture was duly executed by the said Foster Clarke, on the said 9th day of March, 1868, and his execution thereof was attested by William John Bruty, of No. 6, Tokenhouse-yard, in the city of London, Solicitor, and that the same indenture has also been duly executed by the said Albert Dunk, James Theobald Gale, and Alexander Bishop Vidler, and their execution thereof attested by the said William John Bruty their Solicitor; and we further give notice, that the said indenture now lies at the office of us the undersigned for the inspection of, and execution by, the creditors of the Foster Clarke, who are requested to forward the particulars of their respective claims to us within fourteen days from the date hereof. —Dated this 27th day of March, 1868.
