Notes:

THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against James Barker, late of the Ancient Town of Rye in the County of Sussex, Mercer, Draper, Tallow-Chandler, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 10th Day of March next, at Ten o'Clock in the Forenoon, at the House of Thomas Woollett, known by the Sign of the Red Lion, situate in the Town of Rye aforesaid, in order to make a First and Final Dividend of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then proved will be disallowed.
