The under-mentioned Persons being Fugitives for and beyond the Seas on and before the 1st of February 1728, and having surrendred themselves to the the Marshal of the King's Bench Prison, in Southwark, in the County of Surry, give Notice, that they intend to take the Benefit of the Act lately passed for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors, at the next General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the County of Surry, or the Adjournment thereof, that first shall happen next after 30 Days from the Date hereof, viz. John Beaching, late of Rye in Sussex, Victualler and Husbandman.
