ALL persons having any claims against the estate of Rowland Hill New, of 19, Hova-villas, Hove, Sussex, Indian Government Service (retired), who died on the 4th May, 1930 (at Yew Tree House, Westfield, Sussex, and probate of whose will was granted by the Principal Probate Registry on the 14th June, 1930, to Grindlay & Company Limited, whose registered office is at 54, Parliament-street, in the city of Westminster, Bankers and Agents, the executor named in the will), are hereby required to send particulars to us, the undersigned, on or before the 21st August, 1930, after which date the said Grindlay & Company Limited, as such executor, will proceed to distribute the estate of the deceased, having regard only to the claims then notified. — Dated this 18th day of June, 1930.
