JAMES OYSTON, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament passed in the 22nd and 23rd years of the reign of Her present Majesty, Queen Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. NOTICE is hereby given, that the creditors and all other persons having any claim or demand upon or against the estate of James Oyston, late of Westfield, in the county of Sussex, deceased (who died on the 21st day of July, 1888, intestate, and letters of administration to whose personal estate were granted by the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 20th day of August, 1888, to Sarah Oyston, of Westfield aforesaid, the Widow of the deceased), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their respective debts or claims to us, the undersigned, Solicitors for the said administratrix, at our offices, at Battle, in the said county of Sussex, on or before the 20th day of November next, after which the said administratrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts and claims of which such administratrix shall then have had notice; and for the estate so applied she will not be liable to any person or persons of whose debt or demand she shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 4th day of October, 1888.
