MARY KING, Deceased. Pursuant to an Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and others having any debts, claims, or demands upon or against the estate of Mary King, formerly of Sompting, in the county of Sussex, but late of Woodview, Westfield, Battle, in the said county of Sussex, Spinster (who died on the 28th day of December, 1884, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division Of the High Court of Justice on the 16th day of March, 1885, by Charles Henry King, the surviving executor therein named), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their debts, claims, and demands to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said executor, on or before the 31st day of October, 1S85, after which day the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, and demands of which he shall then have had notice; and he will not be liable for the assets so distributed, or any part thereof, to any person or persons of whose debts, claims, or demands he shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 2nd day of September, 1885.
