A MEETING of the Creditors of Richard Thomas the elder, of Westfield, in the county of Sussex, Threshing Machine Proprietor, adjudicated bankrupt on the 1st day of March, 1878, will be held at 44A, Robertson-street, Hastings, on the 6th day of April, 1878, at one o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the propriety of sanctioning the acceptance by the Trustee of a composition offered by the bankrupt of ten shillings in the pound, payable as follows:— Seven shillings and sixpence and the costs of the proceedings forthwith, and two shillings and sixpence in twelve months; and for the annulling, after such payment, of the order of adjudication made against the bankrupt. — Dated this 26th day of March, 1878.
