PURSUANT to an Order of the High Court of Chancery, made in the matter of the estate of George Crisford, deceased, and in a cause Gardner v. Crisford, the creditors of the said George Crisford, late of Westfield, in the county of Sussex, Miller, who died on the 14th April, 1862, are, by their Solicitors, on or before the 25th day of May, 1865, to come in and prove their claims at the chambers of the Master of the Rolls, Rolls-yard, Chancery-lane, in the county of Middlesex, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Order. Monday, the 5th day of June, 1865, at twelve o'clock at noon, at the said chambers, is appointed for hearing and adjudicating upon the claims. — Dated this 15th day of April. 1865.
