The following PRISONERS, whose Estates and Effects have been vested in the Provisional Assignee by Order of the Court for Relief of Insolvent Debtors, and whose Petitions and Schedules, duly filed, have been severally referred and transmitted to the County Courts hereinafter mentioned, pursuant to the Statute in that behalf, are ordered to be brought up before the Judges of the said Courts respectively, as herein set forth, to be dealt with according to Law: Before the Judge of the County Court of Sussex, holden at Lewes, on Tuesday the 18th day of April, 1854. James Crisford, late of Westfield, in lodgings there, out of business, previously of Southing's Farm, Westfield aforesaid, Farmer, formerly of Westfield, Grocer, all in the county of Sussex. N. B. —1 If any Creditor intends to oppose a Prisoner's discharge, notice of such intention must be given to the said Prisoner, in writing, which may be left at the Gaol two clear days before the day of hearing above mentioned, exclusive of Sunday, and exclusive both of the day of giving such notice and of the said day of hearing. 2. The petition and schedule will be produced by the proper Officer for inspection and examination at the Office of the Court in London, between the hours of Ten and Four, on this notice being exhibited; and copies of the petition and schedule, or such part thereof as shall be required, will be provided by the proper Officer, according to the Act of 1st and 2nd Victoria, cap. 110, sec. 105. N. B. Entrance to the Office in Portugal-street, Lincoln's-inn-fields. 3. The duplicates of the petitions and schedules, and all books, papers, and writings filed therewith, will be produced by the Clerks or Assistant Clerks of the said County Courts, for inspection and examination, at the Offices of the said County Courts respectively, at the Towns aforesaid, and copies of the petition and schedule, or such part thereof as shall be required, will be provided according to sec. 106 of the Act.
