NOTICE is hereby given, that by several deeds, dated respectively the 4th and 5th days of November instant, Thomas Pain Hilder, of Ewhurst, in the County of Sussex, Yeoman, has conveyed and assigned all his estate and effects to Joseph Mercer the younger, of Westfield, in the same County, Yeoman, Henry Noakes, of Ticehnrst, in the same County, Yeoman, and Tilden Smith, junior, of Woodsdale, in the Parish of Mountfield, in the same County, Yeoman, upon the trusts and with the powers therein respectively mentioned or referred to, for the benefit of all the Creditors of him the said Thomas Pain Hilder, which deeds were executed by the said Thomas Pain Hilder on the said 5th day of November, and by all the said Trustees within fifteen days after the execution thereof by him the said Thomas Pain Hilder, the execution thereof by the said Thomas Pain Hilder, was attested by Thomas France, of Bedford-Row, in the County of Middlesex, an Attorney, and the execution thereof by all the said Trustees was attested by William Pain Beechnm, of Hawkhurst, in the County of Kent, an Attorney.
