NOTICE is hereby given, that William Catt, of Ninfield, in the County of Sussex, Farmer, did on the 6th day of February instant, execute a deed of assignment of that date, to Tilden Smith, of Vine Hall, in the Parish of Mountfield, in the County of Sussex aforesaid, Banker, and Henry Noakes, of Ticeburst, in the said County, Farmer, of all his the said William Catt's estate and effects, for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said William Catt, and the said Tilden Smith and Henry Noakes, did afterwards on the same day, also execute the said deed, and that the execution thereof, by the said William Catt, and the said Tilden Smith, and Henry Noakes, was attested by Edwin Martin, Solicitor, Battle, Sussex, and now lies at his Office for the signature of the Creditors, where the same will remain for one month from this date, and be afterwards for the same purpose at the Office of Messrs. Philcox and Baldock, of Burwash, in Sussex, Solicitors.
