THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against Frederick George Fisher, late of Brighthelmstone, in the County of Sussex, Bookseller, are desired to meet the Assignees of his Estate and Effects, at the Office of Mr. Richard Harvey, Solicitor to the said Commission, situate in Cursitor-Street, Chancery-Lane, on Tuesday the 1st Day of April next, at the Hour of Four o'Clock precisely in the Afternoon of the same Day, to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees surrendering to Mrs. Mary Crawford, her Heirs and Assigns, all the Estate and Interest of the said Bankrupt, of, and in certain Copyhold Premises, consisting of Two Dwelling-Houses with the Appurtenances, in the Occupation of Mrs. Thomas and Mrs. Mayfield, and certain Stables adjoining, in the Occupation of Mr. Woollet, situate at Eastbourne, in the County of Sussex, in settlement and discharge of the Mortgage Lien for One Thousand Pounds, on the said Premises, to which the said Mary Crawford is entitled by virtue of a Decree of his Honor the Master of the Rolls; and on other special Affairs.
