Re Major WILLIAM R&EVE REEVE-TUCKER, Deceased. NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Statute, 22nd and 23rd Vict. , cap. 35, that all persons having any claims against the estate of Major William Reeve Reeve-Tucker, late of Eastbourne, in the county of Sussex, and of Lagos, in the colony of Southern Nigeria, West Africa, Travelling Commissioner, formerly of the 2nd Brigade Southern Division Royal Artillery, who died on the 22nd day of June, 1906, at Lagos aforesaid, and to whose estate letters of administration, with the will annexed, were granted by the Principal Registry on the 8th day of October, 1906, to Ellen Gray Stanley Reeve-Tucker, the Widow and relict of the said deceased, are required to send particulars, in writing, of such claims to the undersigned before the 30th day of November next, after which date the administratrix will distribute the assets among the persons entitled, having regard only to the claims of which s>he shall then have had notice. — Dated this 13th day of October, 1906.
