MARY ELIZABETH HOTHAM, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute, 22nd and 23rd Vic. cap. 35. NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Mary Elizabeth Hotham, late of Number 27, Grange-road, Eastbourne, in the county of Sussex, Spinster, deceased (who died on the 13th day of August, 1902, and whose will was proved in the Lewes District Probate Registry on the 3rd day of November, 1902, by Charles Montague Doughty, of "Illawarra, " St. James-road, Tunbridge Wells, in the county of Kent, Esquire, and Francis Alicia Hale, of Forest House, Colemans Hatch, near Hart field, in the said county of Sussex, Spinster, two of the executors therein named), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their claims and demands to the said executors or to me, the undersigned, on or before the 15th day of December, 1902, after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice; and they will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 5th day of November, 1902.
