In the County Court of Sussex, holden at Lewes, In the Matter of Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by John White and John Selkirk, both residing at Eastbourne, in the county of Sussex, carrying on business in copartnership at Eastbourne aforesaid, as Coal Merchants, under the style of White and Selkirk. NOTICE is hereby given, that a First General Meeting of the creditors of the above-named persons has been summoned to be held at the offices of Mr. John Thomas Carleton Stiff, 16, Cornfield-road, Eastbourne, in the county of Sussex, Solicitor, on the 1st day of January, 1872, at twelve o'clock at noon precisely. — Dated this 12th day of December, 1871.
