I Do hereby give Notice, That I intend to Compel Jeremiah French, formerly of Lewes in the County of Sussex, late of Eastbourn in the said County, Innholder, who is now a Prisoner in His Majesty's Goal or Prison at Horsham in the said County, charged in Execution at my Suit, to subscribe and deliver in upon Oath a Schedule of all his Estate and Effects, for the Benefit of his Creditors, at the next General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace, or any Adjournment thereof, to be held in and for the said County of Sussex, after Twenty Days from the Publication hereof, pursuant to the Act of Parliament made for Relief of Insolvent Debtors.
