13 June. The Will of Joseph Coe late of 31 Upper-st.-James-street-Brighton in the County of Sussex who died 4 April 1884 at 31 Upper-St-James-street was proved at the Principal Registry by Catherine Coe of 32 Upper-St.-James-street Widow the Relict the sole Executrix.
This is the Last Will and Testament
Of me Joseph Coe of Brighton in the county of Sussex Dairyman I give devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate and effects of which I am now or at the time of my decease may be seized or possessed and of which I have now or at the time of my decease may have power to dispose by will unto my dear wife Catherine her heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the respective natures and tenure thereof absolutely I appoint my said dear Wife sole Executrix of this will and I revoke all former wills in witness whereof
I the said Joseph Coe have to this my last will and Testament set my hand this twenty third day of October one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven - Joseph Coe - Signed and published by the said Joseph Coe the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses - James A Freeman Solicitor Brighton - Herbert Payne his Clerk.
On the 13th day of June 1884 Probate of this will was granted to Catherine Coe widow the sole Executrix.
