MATTHEW FRANCIS KEMBLE, Deceased. Pursuant to an Act of Parliament, made and passed in the session holden in the 22nd and 23rd years of the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Matthew Francis Kemble, late of No. 16, Oriental-place, Brighton, in the county of Sussex, a Major in the 41st Regiment of Bengal Native Infantry, deceased, who died on or about the 10th day of July, 1861, and of whose personal estate letters of administration were granted by the Principal Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate on the 19th day of August, 1861, to Catherine Arnot, the mother of the said intestate, are hereby required to send in the particulars of their debts, claims, or demands, to the said Catherine Arnot, at the office of her Solicitors, on or before the 1st day of May, 1862, after which time the said administratrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Matthew Francis Kemble, deceased, among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts or claims of which the said administratrix shall then have had notice, and that the said administratrix will not be liable for the assets so distributed, or any part thereof, to any person of whose debt or claim notice shall not have been given on or before the said 1st day of May, 1862. — Dated this 13th day of February, 1862.
