WHEREAS the Copartnership between James Shergold and Samuel Shergold, Wine-merchants, lately carried on at Brighthelmstone in the County of Sussex, was, on the Twenty-fourth Day of June last, dissolved y mutual Consent. All Persons therefore, who have any Demand on the said Copartnership, are desired forthwith to send in an Account thereof up to that Day to the said Samuel Shergold, at Brighthelmstone aforesaid; and all Persons indebted to the said Copartnership, are desired to pay the same to the said Samuel Shergold. James Shergold. Samuel Shergold. N. B. The above Business will in future be carried on by the said Samuel Shergold, in Partnership with Thomas Tilt and Thomas Best, at their Vaults and Premisses, in Brighthelmstone aforesaid, where they humbly solicit the Continuance of, the Favours of those Customers who were kind enough to deal with the said Meff. Shergolds.
