WHEREAS the above-mentioned Henry Bruce Armstrong claims to be the Owner of land in the Townlands of Aughrann, Balteagh, Bracknagh, Corporation, Dernalea, Derryhaw, Drumgar, Killylea, Knockagrafty, Lisdrumard. and Mullynure, in the Barony of Armagh, and in the Townlands of Carricklane, Doogary and Lisslanly. in the Barony of Tiranny, and all in the County of Armagh: Now in pursuance of the provisions of Section 17, Sub-section 2, of the above Act the Land Purchase Commission Northern Ireland, hereby publish the following Provisional List of all land in the said Townlands of which the said Henry Bruce Armstrong claims to be the Owner, which will become vested in the said Commission by virtue of Part II of the Northern Ireland Land Act, 1925, on the Appointed Day to be hereafter fixed. Holdings subject to Rents other than Judicial Rents. Reg. No. : 124. Name of Tenant: Thomas George McKenna, Postal Address: Steyne Gardens Hotel, Old Steine, Brighton, Sussex. Barony: Armagh, Townland: Coporation, Reference No. on Map filed in Land Purchase Commission: 3, 3A, Area: 10A. 3R. 15P. Rent: £28 0s. 0d. Standard Purchase Annuity: £22 13s. 8d. Standard Price: £477 10s. 11d. Except the tenancies above specifically referred to, all lands forming portion of the Estate of the said Henry Bruce Armstrong, situated within the said Townlands of Aughrafm, Balteagh, Bracknagh, Corporation, Dernalea, Derryhaw, Drumgar, Killylea, Knockagraffy, Lisdrumard, Mullynure, Carricklane, Doogary, and Lisslanly, mentioned at the head of this List, are excluded by virtue of one or more of the provisions of Section 8 of the Act from the laud which will become vested in the Commission. Any person objecting to this List by reason of the inclusion or non-inclusion therein of any land may lodge his objection on or before the 18th day of October, 1926. Such objection must be in conformity with the requirements of Order IX of the Provisional Rules dated the 29th day of May, 1925, made in pursuance of the Northern Ireland Land Act, 1925. In case the Judicial holdings set out in the above List become vested in the Commission under the Act the Standard Purchase Annuities in respect of such holdings shall, as has been done above, be calculated on the Judicial Rents in the manner specified in the Third Schedule to the Act. In case the non-judicial holdings set out in the above List become vested in the Commission under the Act the Standard Purchase Annuities in respect of such holdings shall, as has been done above, be calculated in the manner specified in the Third Schedule to the Act as if the non-judicial Rents were second term Judicial Rents, unless an objection is lodged on or before the 29th day of October, 1926. Such objection must be in conformity with the requirements of Order XIII of the said Provisional Rules. Pursuant to Order VII of the said Provisional Rules the Owner has given the name and address of himself. Henry Bruce Armstrong, Dean's Hill, Armagh, as the name and address of the person to be served on behalf of the Owner with all objections to the above List. Any person objecting to the above List by reason of any misdescription or for any other similar reason may apply to the Commission to have the said error rectified on or before the 18th day of October, 1926.
