TO be peremptorily sold to the best Bidders, in Five Lots, (pursuant to an Order of His Majesty's Court of Exchequer, at Westminster, ) at the Star Inn, at Lewes, in the County of Sussex, at a Time to he herein advertised, before Abel Moysey, Esq; Deputy Remembrancer of the said Court, A good substantial Freehold House and several Pieces of Meadow Land, Garden Ground, and other Premises, situate at Lewes aforesaid, late the Property of Abraham Soper the Younger, of the Town of Lewes, Stationer, seized into His Majesty's Hands, by virtue of a Writ of Extent issued against the Estate and Effects of the Abraham Soper. Particulars whereof may shortly be had at the Chambers of the said Deputy Remembrancer, in the Exchequer-Office, in the Inner Temple, London; Edmund Estcourt, Esq, No. 2, Stone-Buildings, Lincoln's-Inn, and Mr. Wheeler, Solicitor, Lewes.
