THOMAS PARSONS, J. P. , Deceased. Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925. NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any claim against the estate of Thomas Parsons, formerly of Lewes, Sussex, afterwards of East Chiltington, near Lewes, and late of Tunbridge Wells, and of Standen Farm, Benenden, both in Kent, Esquire, J. P. , deceased (who died on the 12th day of December, 1927, and probate of whose will was granted by the Lewes District Probate Registry of the High Court of Justice on the 27th day of January, 1928, to Thomas Edward Parsons, of Standen Farm, Benenden aforesaid, Farmer, and Cecil Vinall, of Tunbridge Wells aforesaid, Solicitor, the executors therein named), are hereby required to send written particulars of such claim, to us on or before the 27th day of April, 1928, after which date the said executors will distribute the assets of the deceased, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice. — Dated the 14th day of February, 1928.
