CHARLES ELLIS, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22 and 23 Viet. , c. 35. NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against or affecting the estate of Charles Ellis, formerly of Beddingham, but late of Rodmell, both near Lewes, in the county of Sussex, Esq. , deceased (who died on the 4th day of June, 1886, and whose will was proved in the District Registry attached to the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice at Lewes, on the 17th day of July, 1886, by Charles Frederick Ellis, of Dane John Brewery, Canterbury, in the county of Kent, Brewer, Archibald Ellis, of Franklands, Sedlescombe-road, Saint Leonards-on-Sea, in the said county of Sussex, Timber Merchant, and William Mannington, of Laughton-place, in the said county of Sussex, Esq. , the executors therein named), are hereby required to send particulars of their claims or demands to the said executors, or to the undersigned, on or before the 30th day of April, 1887, after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice; and they will not be responsible for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claim or demand they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 28th day of February, 1887.
