Notice to the Creditors of SARAH EVERARD, Widow, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22ud and 23rd Victoria, chapter 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees. " ALL persons having any debt or claim against or affecting the estate of Sarah Everard, late of Newhaven, in the county of Sussex, Widow, deceased (who died on the 18th day of July, 1872, and whose will, with a codicil thereto, was proved on the 7th day of August. 1872, in the District Registry of the Court of Probate at Lewes by Eliza Poynter, Wife of Samuel Poynter, Esquire, of Number 77, Gaisford-street, Kentish-town, London, Frederick George Turner, in (he will written George Frederick Turner, of Newhaven aforesaid, Passport Agent, and Edward Hillman, of Lewes aforesaid, Gentleman, the executors therein named), are hereby required, on or before the 18th day of December next, to send a notice of such debt or claim to the office of me the undersigned, after the expiration of which period the said executors will distribute the estate of the said testator amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice; and they will not be liable for any part of such assets to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 10th day of October. 1872.
