ARTHUR ADE, Deceased. Pursuant to an Act of Parliament made and passed in the 22nd and 23rd years of the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Arthur Ade, late of Alfriston, in the county of Sussex, Gentleman, deceased (who died on the 24th day of September, 1871, and whose will was proved on the 18th day of April, 1870, in the District Registry at Lewes attached to Her Majesty's Court of Probate, by Charles Ade, of Alfriston aforesaid, Farmer, and Charles Alfred Woolley, of Lewes, in the said county, Gentleman, the executors therein named), are required to send in the particulars of such claims or demands to Mr. Inigo Gell, Solicitor, at Lewes aforesaid, on behalf of the said executors, on or before the 1st day of January next, at the expiration of which time the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the debts and claims only of which they shall then have notice; and they will not be liable to any person or persons of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 16th day of November, 1871.
