The Bankruptcy Act, 1861. Notice of the Granting of Orders of Discharge. The Bankrupts hereinafter named have had Orders of Discharge granted or suspended as hereinafter mentioned by the several Courts acting in prosecution of their respective Bankruptcies, and such Orders will be delivered to the Bankrupts unless an appeal be duly entered against the judgment of the Court, and notice thereof be given to the Court :— George Lyall, of No. 13, Leadenhall-street, in the city of London, carrying on business there as a General and Commission Merchant, in partnership with Charles Frederick Still, under the style or firm of George Lyall and C. F. Still, and at Hong Kong and elsewhere in the East, in partnership with the said Charles Frederick Still and George Francis Maclean, under the name or style of Lyall, Still, and Co. , residing at Offham House, near Lewes, in the county of Sussex, and late also at No. 14, Gloucester-square, Paddington, in the county of Middlesex, adjudicated bankrupt on the 18th day of April, 1867. An Order of Discharge was granted by the Court of Bankruptcy, London, on the 4th day of July, 1868.
