Lewes, October 22, 1791. WHereas Richard Tamplin, of Danehill, in the County of Sussex, hath assigned his Estate and Effects to Francis Whitfield and John Richards, of Lewes, as Trustees for the Benefit of his Creditors: If any of the Creditors have neglected to sign the Deed of Trust they are hereby required to apply to the said Assignees to execute the fame on or before the 14th Day of November next, otherwise they will be excluded the Benefit of the Dividend which will then be made of the Effects of the said Richard Tamplin.
