THE Assignees of the Estate and Effects of John Michelborne, of Lewes, in the County of Sussex, Mercer, against whom a Commission of Bankrupt was awarded, intend to meet on Friday the 1st Day of August next, between the Hours of Six and Eight of the Clock in the Evening, at the Bell Tavern in Nicholas Lane, London, in order to sell to the best Bidder, their Interest in a Mortgage made of certain Lands and Tenements in Uckfield, in the County of Sussex, for securing of 600 l. to the said John Michelborne. Particulars may be had of Mr. Tapsheld Linnendraper in Southwark, or of Mr. Calverley, in Three Crown Court, Southwark.
