TO be sold, before the Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt against Thomas Pilfold, late of the Cliff, near Lewes, in the County of Sussex, Mercer, on Saturday the 30th of July, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, at Mr. Ford's, at the Catts in the Cliff near Lewes, The Reversion of 600/. more or less, (upon undoubted Security) after the Decease of the Bankrupt's Father and Mother, being both upwards of Sixty Years of Age ; Also the Creditors of the said Thomas Pilfold are desired to meet at the same Time and Place, to consent or dissent to the Composition of one or more Debt or Debts due to the said Bankrupt ; For Particulars of the Money Enquire of Mr. Rochester in Featherstone Buildings, in Holborn, Mr. Parham at Horsham, Mr. Plummer at Lewes, or Mr. Sydebothom in Birchin Lane. And the said Commissioners intend to meet on Tuesday the 2d Day of August next, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon, at the same Place, to make a final Dividend of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects ; when and when the Creditors of the laid Bankrupt who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they Will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend.
