THIS is to give Notice to the Creditors of the several Persons hereafter named, now Prisoners in Horsham Goal in the County of Sussex, viz. John Briggs, late of Horsham in Sussex, Cooper. Lydia Ryde, late of the same Place, Widow. William Longhurst, late of Slynford, in the County of Sussex, Husbandman. Edward Chelshamn, late of Rudgweek in the said County, Butcher. Daniel Fabre late of Lewes in the said County, Barber and Peruke-maker. Thomas Winton, late of Lewes aforesaid, Butcher. Thomas Sturt, late of Wisborough Green in the said County, Taylor. And Nathaniel Adams, alias Humfreyes, late of West-Chiltington, in the said County, Taylor: To appear at the next General Quarter Sessions for the County of Sussex at Petworth, on Monday the 4th Day of October next, to shew Cause why they should not be discharged, pursuant to the late Act of Parliament, Intituled, An Act for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors.
