THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against James Wood, of Lindfield, in the County of Sussex, Victualler, Dealer and Chapman, are requested, to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupt's Estate, on Monday the 9th Day of January next, at Twelve o'Clock at Noon, at the Tiger Inn, in Lindfield aforesaid, to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees commencing, prosecuting, or defending any Action or Suit relating to the said Bankrupt's Affairs; or otherwise compounding, referring, or submitting the same to Arbitration, as they may think proper; and also to the said Assignees paying or allowing out of the said Bankrupt's Effects the Sum of 18l. 9s. 6d. as and for the Expences incurred previous to the issuing the said Commission; in the preparing and executing the Trusts of a certain Indenture, dated the 25th Day of April last, made between the said Bankrupt of the First Part, John Vallance, Philip Vallance, James Vallance, and John Harland, of the second Part, and several other Persons, Creditors of the said James Wood, of the third Part; and otherwise in the Affairs of the said Bankrupt; and on other special Affairs.
