GEORGE CATT, Deceased, Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22 and 23 Victoria, chapter 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming any interest in the estate of George Catt, late of Smite House, Lindfield, Sussex, and formerly of Bishopstone, Sussex, Esq. (who died on the 10th day of April, 1878) are to send the particulars, in writing, of their claims to Mrs. Emily Catt, the administratrix with the will and codicil annexed, of the deceased, under cover to Messrs. Hill, Fitz Hugh, Woolley, and Griffith, of No, 3 Pavilion Parade, Brighton, the Solicitors for such administratrix, on or before the 1st day of March, 1879. after which time the said administratrix will distribute the assets of the said testator amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which such administratrix shall then have notice. — Dated this 20th day of January, 1879.
