Will of Thomas Lusher of Lancing

In the name of God Amen the seaventh day of September 1684 I Thomas Lusher of Launcinge in ye County of Sussex husbandman doe make & ordaine this my last will & Testam[en]t in manner and forme followinge. First I give unto my brother William Lusher two shill[ing]s and six pence. Item I give unto John Lusher my brother Richards son two shill[ing]s and six pence. Item I doe give my sister Anne Lusher two shill[ing]s and six pence. Item I doe give my sister Joane Lusher two shill[ing]s and six pence to bee paid to each of them within six months after my decease. All the rest of my goods & Chattells I doe give and bequeath unto my loveinge wife Susan Lusher whom I make whole and sole Ex[ecu]trix of this my last will & Testam[en]t payinge all my debts Legacyes & fun[er]all charges hereby revokinge all former wills & Testaments by mee formerly made In witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seal ye day & year above written. : Tho: Lusher Signed sealed published and declared in ye p[re]sence of Bernard Chatfeild Edward Burry John Bennett.

Thomas Lusher was the son of Richard Lusher and Joane Clewer. He was baptised in Lancing on 9th June 1643, married to Susan Bennett, buried in Lancing on 14th September 1686.
