EDWARD BAKER, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vic. , cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debt or claim against or upon the estate of Edward Baker, late of Piddinghoe, in the county of Sussex, Brickmaker, deceased (who died on the 20th day of October, 1890, and to whose estate letters of administration were granted on the 4th day of November, 1890, to Edward Baker, of Piddinghoe aforesaid, Brickmaker), are hereby required to send in particulars of their debts or claims to the said administrator, or to me, the undersigned, his Solicitor, on or before the 2nd day of February, 1891; after which day the administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased rateably according to their claims after payment of priority debts, the estate being insolvent, having regard to the claims of which the administrator shall then have notice; and he will not be liable for the assets so distributed, or any part thereof, to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 31st day of December, 1890.
