Mrs. ELIZABETH ROSE, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of the said Elizabeth Rose, late of Langridge Farm, West Hoathly, in the county of Sussex, Widow (who died on the 14th day of June, 1871, at West Hoathly aforesaid, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate, on the 27th day of July, 1871, by William Streeter, of Sanderstead, in the county of Surrey, Farmer, and James Tompsett, of Piddinghoe, in the county of Sussex, Farmer, the executors therein named), are hereby required to send, in writing, the particulars of their respective claims or demands against the said estate to us, the undersigned, on or before the 25th day of May, 1872, after which day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Elizabeth Rose amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to those claims or demands only of which they, the said executors, shall then have had notice; and that they, the said executors, will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose debt, claim, or demand they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 25th day of April, 1872.
