NOTICE OF CHARITABLE BEQUESTS. In the Goods of HOWARD FERGUSON, late of Edenderry House, Banbridge, in the County of Down, Linen Merchant. NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Statute 30 and 31 Vic. Cap. 54, that the said Howard Ferguson, who died on the 26th day of March, 1941, bequeathed free of duty to his Trustees the sum of £500 Upon Trust, to pay the Income thereof to whoever is acting as clergyman of Tullylish Presbyterian Church from time to time, so long as he so acts and preaches an annual sermon on Temperance. Upon the death of his Wife, Testator bequeathed a further sum of £500 free of duty, to the Trustees of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, to be invested by them at their discretion and to hold the investments representing same, in Trust, to pay the income therefrom to the treasurer for the time being of Tullylish Presbyterian Church, Laurence-town, Co. Down, for augmentation of the Sustentation Fund of said Tullylish Presbyterian Church. And Probate of said Will was, on the 20th day of October, 1941, granted forth of the Principal Registry of the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland King's Bench Division (Probate) to Francis Stephen Forde, Red Roofs, Chyngton Gardens, Seaford, Sussex, Esquire, one of the Executors named in said Will.
