NOTICE OF CHARITABLE BEQUESTS. In the Goods of Very Reverend THOMAS BLACKER, late of Lisburn, County Antrim, Parish Priest, deceased. NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Statute 30 and 31 Vic. , Cap. 54, that the above-named deceased, who died on, the 23rd January, 1946, by his last Will dated 22nd November, 1945, bequeathed the following charitable legacies:— 1. £200 to be applied by deceased's Executors in having Masses celebrated in Northern Ireland for his intentions. 2. £50 to the President for the time being of St. Patrick's College, Maynooth, for the charitable objects in connection with said College. 3. £50 to the Bishop for the time being of the Diocese of Down and Connor for the charitable objects in connection with St. Malachy's College. 4. £100 to the Superioress for the time being of the Sisters. of Nazareth, Belfast, to be applied for the charitable objects in connection with the new Babies' Home at Ravenhill Road, Belfast. 5. £100 to the Bishop of the Diocese of Down and Connor for the charitable objects in connection with the Society for the Propagation of the Faith. 6. £100 to Sister Mary Laurentia McArdle, Annecy Convent, Seaforde, Sussex, to be applied for such charitable purpose as she may select. Probate of said Will was on the 3rd day of June, 1947, granted forth of the Principal Registry of the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland, King's Bench Division, to Reverend Edward Blacker, P. P. , Reverend Joseph Mulholland, C. C. , and Reverend Bernard McCann, C. C. , the Executors therein named. Dated this 29th day of October, 1947. JAMES F.
