In the County Court of Sussex, holden at Lewes, In the Matter of Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by Edward Cane, formerly of Chalvington, in the county of Sussex, Farmer, and now of Ripe, in the said county, of no occupation. THE creditors of the above-named Edward Cane who have not already proved their debts, are required, on or before the 31st day of January, 1872, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims to me, the undersigned, Henry Holman, of East Hothly, in the county of Sussex, the Trustee under the liquidation, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of the Dividend proposed to be declared. — Dated this 19th day of January, 1872.
