I DAVID FRASER-HARRIS, heretofore called and known by the name of David Fraser Harris, of The Aggons, Danehill, Sussex, M. D. , C. M. , D. Sc. , F. R. S. E. , hereby give public notice, that on the 15th day of October, 1926, I formally and absolutely renounced, relinquished and abandoned the use of my said surname of Harris and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of Fraser-Harris instead of the said name of Harris. And I further give notice, that by a deed poll dated the 16th day of October, 1926, duly executed and attested and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on the 22nd day of October, 1926, I declared that I had determined to assume and take from the date thereof and thenceforth to use the surname of Fraser-Harris in lieu of my said surname of Harris, and declared that I should at all times thereafter in all records, deeds, documents and other writings and in all actions, suits and proceedings, as well as in all dealings and transactions, matters and things whatsoever and upon all occasions use and subscribe the name of Fraser-Harris as my surname. And I expressly authorised and required all persons whomsoever at all times to designate, describe and address me and my heirs and issue by the surname of Fraser-Harris. — Dated the 27th day of October, 1926.
